As Project Manager, you like to be in control. You don’t think one step but several steps ahead and you are able to motivate both a team of colleagues and customers. In other words: you are the unifying factor who ensures that projects are managed effectively.
We don’t need to explain to you the massive impact that an implementation process has on an organization. During this critical period, you are the point of contact for customers, colleagues and external parties and manage the process smoothly. You gain an overview of the activities, the planning and the budget and proactively communicate it, ensuring the implementation is a success.

Do you get a good feeling from a helpdesk employee who immediately understands your question and quickly finds a suitable solution for you? Who sees you as their customer and not as one of many? And who is good at telling you what you can expect? If so, you will know our ambition for our support consultants.
As Support Consultant, you will resolve complex problems for our customers through effective and rapid analysis of process bottlenecks. You’ll do this at a functional level and where possible, a technical level. You’ll keep a cool head when the bottlenecks require a fast solution.
You’ll offer our customers a service via virtual channels so that they are quickly able to resume their activities. At the same time, you’ll work on structural solutions for the customers allocated to you. Together with Metaphorix colleagues, you’ll take the initiative to optimize the use of our applications by customers.
Because we are expanding our services to customers with management activities, you’ll be periodically available outside standard office hours to support customers.
Efficiency is very important in the Support department. You’ll continuously contribute to this so that lead times are shortened and the quality of our service remains at a high level.
